We are not taking orders yet. The complete shipping policy, with every timeline and charge confirmed, will be published here before the first order can be placed.
What you can expect
- Where we deliver: addresses in India. You can check your pincode on the product page and in the bag before you pay.
- When it arrives: an estimated delivery date range is shown before you pay, worked out from our dispatch cut-off and the courier's own estimate.
- What it costs: any delivery charge is shown before you pay, never added afterwards.
- Cash on delivery: if offered, its availability, limits and any fee are shown at checkout.
- Tracking: we send updates as your order moves, and you can follow it on a tracking page.
- Gifts: you can send a gift to a different address, with a message and gift packaging where offered.

Dispatch times, delivery charges, cash-on-delivery terms and the couriers we use will be confirmed in the final policy.
