We are not taking orders yet. The final cancellation policy will be published here, with every detail confirmed, before the first order can be placed.
Cancelling your order
- Before dispatch: you will be able to cancel from your account or the order page until your order is packed for dispatch.
- After dispatch: an order on its way can no longer be cancelled, but our returns policy will apply once it arrives.
- Refunds for cancelled orders: prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. When the refund is issued, and how long banks usually take, will be confirmed in the final policy.
- Cash on delivery: a cash-on-delivery order can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge from us.
When we may cancel
We may have to cancel an order, for example if a piece is unexpectedly out of stock, if payment does not go through, or if an order appears fraudulent. If that happens we tell you straight away and refund anything you paid.
