How can we help?
When does CAELIORA LUXE open?
Very soon. Members of the Private List hear first, with a preview of the debut collection before it opens to everyone.
What is the Private List?
Our free early-access list. Join with your email address and confirm it from the email we send. WhatsApp updates are optional and only if you tick the box. You can leave at any time from any message.
What kind of jewellery do you make?
Fashion jewellery, also called imitation jewellery: earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and sets, for every day and for occasions. Each piece will be listed with its materials and finish. We never describe fashion jewellery as gold, silver or diamond.
Do you deliver across India?
Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs will be set out in our shipping policy, and checked for your pincode, before the first order is taken.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Our returns and cancellation policies will be published, with every period and condition confirmed, before we accept orders.
How do I contact you?
Write to us at hello@caelioraluxe.com.
How do you use my personal data?
Only to run the service you ask for, and never sold. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us and your rights.
